Course Cancellation and Refunds

  • Course cancellations are accepted only if the first four lessons have not been completed.
  • Full refunds are issued for cancellations before any lessons have been taken; partial refunds are available if fewer than four lessons have been completed.
  • Cancellations are not possible once more than three lessons have been taken.

Physical Product Cancellation and Returns

  • Orders for physical products can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
  • Once shipped, orders for physical products cannot be canceled.
  • Returns of physical products are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
  • To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for returns.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds for returned items will be processed within 2-7 business days upon receipt of the item.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for one-time shipping costs, which includes the cost of returning products.
  • No restocking fees will be charged.
  • If a product shipped for free, customers will be informed of the return shipping cost.

Refunds Process

  • Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
  • Notification of refund approval or rejection will be sent via email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a specified timeframe.

  • If a refund is not received, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
